Shipping is calculated by order value on all orders placed through our B2B store. Please refer to the table below:

Delivery within Australia:
Standard shipping orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 2 business days and generally arrive 3-6 business days from dispatch. We use Startrack and Australia Post to dispatch orders, depending on weight and volume.
During peak periods dispatch delays may occur.
Larger or pallet-sized orders may take longer to dispatch while they are prepared by our warehouse team for you. We will send you a notification of dispatch as soon as your package has been shipped from our warehouse.
This notification will arrive by email and a tracking link will be provided to you.

Delivery to New Zealand:
Orders shipping to New Zealand are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne within 2 business days and generally arrive 5-14 business days from dispatch.
NZ orders are shipped via Australia Post International and handed over to NZ Post for final delivery once processed through NZ Customs. You can track your package every step of the way using the single tracking number in your shipping email on either the Australia Post or the NZ Post tracking site.
